Acharya PremShakti

PremShakti has
lived a unique life as a yogini in the West since 1974.
Commitment to her daily meditation and yoga practices give her
deep insight and understanding of yoga, and it’s impact on
Self-Realization - something that books cannot achieve.
Dedicated to self-discovery and strengthening connection with
Spirit, she has helped thousands of people integrate the Science
of Yoga into daily life on a practical level.
In 1974, PremShakti
was a co-founder of the world-famous Kripalu Yoga Center in the
Berkshires, near Stockbridge, MA,
and lived there as a dedicated spiritual seeker, and renunciate,
for over 20 years. She was a devoted student of Swami
Kripalu himself. As a result of her personal sadhana
(spiritual work), and her pro-found teaching, she was honored with
the title 'acharya' (spiritual mentor) by Kripalu in 1992.
In 1996,
PremShakti founded the PremYoga Center here in Haverhill (West
Palm Beach) Florida, one of the oldest yoga centers in south
Florida.
PremShakti
shares her great compassion, wisdom, joyful nature, and awakening
by leading spiritual retreats, sacred journeys, and Enlightenment
Intensives. She is also renowned as a 'teacher of yoga
teachers' and has trained over 500 teachers all over the world,
including over 20% of all the yoga teachers in SE Florida. She has
been offering
professional, nationally-certified, 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training
Programs here in Florida for 12 years, and spends several months
every year designing and teaching 200-hour, 500-hour, and (soon)
1000-hour Yoga Teacher Training Programs at the Kripalu Center,
where she is currently a Senior Faculty Member. She also
individually mentors and guides yoga teachers making their way
through various training programs.
PremShakti has
designed and taught classes, workshops, and residential programs in
yoga, pranayama, meditation, holistic
healthcare for helping professionals, bodywork/massage, and the
healing arts - locally here in Florida, for the Kripalu Center, and for the Kripalu International Network worldwide.
PremShakti also
leads kirtans (spiritual chanting), based on her experience and
knowledge of mantra and bhakti yoga, as an avenue to an expanded
state of consciousness, a slowing-down time that brings us home to our hearts.
PremShakti
travels and teaches internationally, and currently makes her home
in West Palm Beach, Florida. She also maintains a
private practice where she offers Life Coaching for
Enlightened Living, and Body-Mind Yoga Therapy, both in person and
by phone internationally.

Dr. Michael Dean Goodman

Michael is an internationally recognized
spiritual guide, counselor, relationship coach, educator, and
author. He holds a Ph.D., and is the Director of PARA - The
Center for Realization, and Director of The Relationship
Institute, both in Boca Raton, Florida, and Co-Director of the
PremYoga Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. He has conducted
hundreds of workshops worldwide, and also offers counseling and
coaching (private educational sessions) for individuals and
coup-les. He has taught spirituality and healing modalities on
the faculty of six universities and eight national or
international educational foundations.
Michael has been studying, practicing, and teaching the spiritual
path (ashtanga yoga/meditation, tantra, vedanta, and ayur veda)
for 30 years. He spent years living in devotion to, and studying in
the ashram with, one of the greatest Indian vedic/yogic/tantric Masters,
His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, who initiated him, guided him,
awakened him, and eventually sent him out to share this profound knowledge.
He's taught thousands of people, and has conducted hundreds of satsangs, sharing awakening, helping people to rediscover their
real nature as the infinite silence of pure consciousness (the
Self), as the unbounded dynamism of the universe (God and Goddess
in cosmic union), and as That which knows them both.
As a counselor, drawing upon his Eastern and Western training,
Michael has created Re-unification Therapy - innovative,
powerful, and rapid methods of healing core wounds, and turning
off old sabotaging programming, so that we can be whole again, be
at peace inside, get our life flowing unhindered, unfold the
richness of our masculine and feminine energies, harmonize our
needs for intimacy and independence, integrate our physical,
mental/emotional, and spiritual desires, befriend and harness our
"shadow" side for wholeness, and live ecstasy in our daily life.
Michael is also experienced with and compassionate to
non-traditional lifestyles.
Michael's life coaching integrates relationship work
(communication, Mars/Venus polarity, devotion), body/energy work
(movement, breath, sound, attention, intention), mental/emotional
work, and spiritual sadhana as needed.
For recreation, Michael enjoys martial arts (he competed in the
NCAA Karate Nationals), teaching partner dancing
(ballroom/swing/Latin/disco/Argentine tango), singing & playing piano (he's
performed publicly hundreds of times), running drum circles,
photographing beauty, and creating fantasy performance-art scenes.
